Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First full hour of running, doing 7.7 miles. It has so far been my longest run in both time and distance. It's time to start tacking more miles onto my runs. I need to start slow at first as to not get injured or burnout out. I can still work on going out fast or finishing strong or throwing in some quick reps. But the next two weeks is going to be adding up some mileage and its ok to keep it a little slower!
