Comments:
Felt pretty bad today, just not a lot of energy and my left hip was sore again. Took it easy in Canoe with Chris. I didn't eat much last night after my second run (1 bagel w/ PB, didn't feel like more) and all I've had today was another bagel. Cut this run a little short but finished with 4x200 on the street. They were okay, not great with the hip.
