Comments:
My second run of the day and my first double run. We are going to run 6 days this weak and adding at least two double workouts! I would like to get 2 weeks of 45 miles and then drop it back down to 30 for a week. That should leave 3 weeks left before the Sept 19th run! We will have to then spend those 3 weeks preparing to run fast!
