Comments:
I did two green loops at Sugarcreek today. My first 5k was 25:30ish and my second was 23:40 I think. I felt really good the whole time, even on the hilly parts, and I was working on being positive and saying a mantra, like "you're fast, you're strong, you're and athlete." That really helped with the hills.
