Comments:
long run by myself. beautiful day. actually kinda chilly without a shirt. went up parkland to van aken, then cut over to shaker via belvoir, and ran out gates mills to the traffic circle and came back along shaker. felt great, really strong. tired towards the end, but mostly i think thirsty.
