Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Started off with a steep uphill, some flat, then a long, LONG downhill. After some winding and rolling back roads we got back on the main road, did a short out and back and then climbed up the huge hill. Wasn't the steepest hill, but steep enough and at least 3 miles long. Killer! Some flat, some climb, then a nice downhill into transition. Time to run!
