Weather: 93 and muggy
Comments:
Went out right after a big storm had dropped the temperature from 97 to 86 degrees, thought I was being smart - oops. Temp went right back up. I was going to do 4.5 miles but decided to cut it a little short because my hip flexor was cramping up. Did run the hills very well, run had three 1/4 milers in it and one 200 meter hill that I hammered pretty good.
