Comments:
Second run to keep the mileage up but make sure the legs are fresh. Went at 11pm, pretty chilly out, around 56. Kept it easy and on the roads so I could map it for pace afterwards. Wasn't aiming for anything, just the normal pace. Felt like 7:10 to me so I think I've been running farther than I've been putting down but that's a good problem to have.
Finished with 3 strides. Some minor soreness in the left hip area here and there.
