I spent the whole day in bed yesterday sun-sick from my run and I woke up feeling the equivalent of a horrible hangover

Might go running tonight if this spot on my foot stops hurting

Idk how to do a pool run without doing a crazy hard workout, so I did 30 minutes of 2 mins on & 2 mins off with a 20 minute warm up and a 10 min cool down. PAIN. Seriously one of my best pool workouts ever.
