high volume day, give it all ya got cuz its the only leg day of the week. Went Jack3d up crazE this morning. scoop of each. 
5x5 with 225 on the squat to confirm the weight. 
then went to 185 for 3x8, and then hit 2x13 with 135.
I made another improvement in my squat form today. basically my leg placement up til now has been a little too wide, so it was almost like doing a powerlifting style low bar squat in terms of body movement while the bar sat high on my traps. that makes everything harder, and is harder on my lower back. now i can engage the legs more and also even squat lower, truer to ATG. 225 def felt easier because of this, which im excited about. set 3 was really sloppy but i pulled it together set 4. 185 was intense, it felt like friggin' cardio doing 8 reps. then by the time i was doing 135 i was just pumpin out reps like a robot.  very happy with the squat session today. total of 75 reps. high volume baby.
did 3x10-12 with 155 for Romanian deadlifts. i been calling it stiff leg but theyre actually RDLs. i got them mixed up for awhile. then did like 2x12 with 90 on leg curl, and i think 3x15? with 70.  
onto seated calves. now this is starting to get difficult. had 115lbs for 5x20. il stay at this weight for awhile. then 4 plates + 10 for 5x20 on the leg press for calves. i then did leg extensions. first did 2x8 with 35lbs, then 2x10-12 it think with 25lbs. good quad burn.  workout took close to 90min today
