Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
medium long run. didn't get out the door until a little before 6. went out s park to shaker, up to richmond, then over to s woodland. i was going to turn on belvoir, but then i found this interesting path that turned out to be a golf course. ran along the perimeter trying to avoid people, until some guy yelled "no runners!" i don't know if he wanted me to start walking, or immediately turn back the way i came. but regardless, i kept running the same way, and he yelled it again. then at what seemed like a dead end, i found a hole in the fence and ran through someone's backyard and onto belvoir.

felt pretty good, even though i was pretty tired to start out today, and didn't have the healthiest lunch...

another fun note, i've run 64 miles in the past 5 days.
