Weather: cloudy and cool, but a bit muggy at the same time.

Comments:
With Si "accompanying" on the bike, although we weren't side by side until the final 5 miles. I went counter-clockwise this time (as opposed to my first trip to the island.) Felt very good throughout and decided to add on into town and back up the big hill to the Sea Breeze cottage where we were staying since I was disappointed to have completed the loop in 1:34. Pushed the pace pretty strongly in the final miles (although the added on 10 minutes was relatively easy and I was feeling the run at that point. Very pleased with the run and the way I felt. A beautiful island and run!
