another afternoon lift cuz i didn't hear my goddamn alarm.

decided to take pre workout for the 4th time this week, #YOLO. went jack3d up crazE

first exercise was bent over row. 190 for 3x10. i think it went well. slight leg drive definitely helps. i like how the peak contractions feel. then did a set of 135 for 12 quick reps. sooooo easy. i remember when 115 used to be tough.

pullupss. i decided that regular pullups were too easy. especially neutral grip. so i put the larger chain around my neck and did 3x8. that was a good challenge. i liked how it felt. but i think next time i should focus on slowing down the eccentric and shove out for the lats. then 2x8 wide grip for the width. good shit. i used to loathe pull ups but now ive migrated over to them from the lat pulldown.

one armed rows. i think i reached a new level in this exercise. started with a set of 12 with 50. really easy. then a set of 10 with 55, easy. and then sets of 10 with 60s, EASY. i was just able to row the dumbbell without much difficulty. although i still havent felt the deep lower lat contractions i def aint tiring out my arm anymore.

and just for the hell of it i did 2x12 on the tbar rows with 65lbs. easy as fUcK. training back is just awesome.

curls. 30 each side on the ez curl hit 3x8. good shit. then 2x8 with just 25 aside. ive noticed that with this adjustable bar, i dont hurt my forearm anymore! good shit.
