Comments:
2x2.5 miles with 3 minute rest in between. Did not feel good today at all. Felt tired most of the day and had a headache since I woke up. Almost threw up midway through the second rep, probably ate that apple too close to the run which usually isn't a problem for me. Just one of those days.
