Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went out in the afternoon for a rather boring, concerning run. My muscles felt tight the whole time, and I could never get a rhythm. I did six uphill striders, 2:45 planks and 25 leg lifts per leg, which were very difficult. I plan to do more in the coming days.
