my longest run everrr. jk, but seriously. my longest run this summer. i felt good in the beginning but half way through, my breathing was absolutely shit. idk if it was humid or something .. yeah :( my legs felt fine but my breathing wasn't too good :( eh.. i did hydrate, which is weird. but overall good run. minus the stopping so many times ;P

splits: 10:04, 9:37, 8:51, 9:05, 9:04, 00:50 (EXIT sign to parking lot).

extra: lunge, 4x25 crunches, 50 squats.
