diet update

I've dieted for 4 full weeks now, dropped approx 5lbs. ive felt lighter on my runs, and def look and feel leaner. fat around the lower abs are definitely shrinking. cuts are coming out more.

this week i started carb cycling so i wanna keep track of how i feel on it. today was a no carb day. i ate 3200 calories, which is 800cal below my maintenance when i was eating a surplus before. but its probably more like a 5-600 surplus right now. almost all 3200 calories came from protein and fats today. food felt pretty satiating cuz of all the fat and protein but the sheer volume of food was a lot less. i think just the volume of carbs i'm used to was actually more filling though. but because i had so much protien and fat today the food was delicious, so that was a positive. but since today was the first day wihtout carbs I didnt feel like shit. if i went more than 2 days i probably would start to feel funny. this morning I lost a lot of water from the previous night but still weighed in at no less than 155lbs, i thinking because of the high amounts of glycogen retention in the muscles from having 2 high carb days over the weekend. my muscles were looking full and vascular. I'm not sure exactly what to expect but the rest of the week is gonna be low carb, approx 160 grams of carbs a day. so im predicting my weight will drop 3lbs mostly from water but partly from fat. and then i will carb back up this weekend at camp, since i cant exactly avoid eating carbs while at camp cuz all we gonna have is pasta lol. we'll see what happens.
