late lift with weak pre workouts AKA monster. and also Hemavol. after a day of no carbs i immeidately dropped 3lbs of water weight. so I am carrying a lot less glycogen today and at a higher state of fat burning
push workout today. started with bench, actually going lighter today for hypertrophy rep ranges. did 4x8 with 145lbs. probably could have done a 5th set w/ a spotter.
3x6 with 95lbs on the OHP. definitely felt easier than last week. but def a drop in strength from a few weeks ago.
laterals. 3x8 with 35lbs. it is feeling easier now. then 2x10-12 with 30lbs. after this a NOS set. this gave me a good delt pump. which i didn't expect while being low carb. but i guess its only been one day. i looked a lot drier in the mirror. less subQ water too. striations and cuts coming out.
dips. first 2x6 with 2 large chains. this has gotta be at least like 80lbs around my neck. it was ridicuolously heavy and unconfortable like i coudlnt breath properly or maintain balance. then a dropset to one chain.
3x8 with skullcrushers. last set was tough. then a set of 8 with 50, set of 10 with 40. good burn in the tri's ,even a pump.
