Cuz my ass was draggin' in the weight room this morning. 5 weeks into my diet, low on carbs, 3hours of sleep. damn son. had 350ish mg of caffeine worth of preworkouts, felt the beta alanine but i could still tell my strength level was not exactly where i had exepcted. decided to stick with 315lbs on the deadlift for another week. did 3x4 this time. bar ripped my callous off and almost fell outta my hands, left shin started bleeding hard. took def more effort to get the bar up off the ground this time it seemed. then a set of 8 with 225, felt like i was lifting air thats how light it was.
195lbs on the bent over row. 2x8. strength was low on top of pre-exhaustion from deadlifts. had to use momentum more and tougher to get the peak contraction. 
right onto to 2 sets of tbars. did 120lbs this time. left rotator cuff was feelin worked by now. but i think this was decent actually, felt it in my lats a bit.
pull ups. alternated neutral grip with wide grip. first 2 sets of 8 with a chain on the neck. 3rd set same story but 4th set wide grip i had to just go body weight. did 5 reps and then did 3 negatives. 
dumbbell rows. did 2 sets of 10 with 60lbs. felt alright, not as energetic nor easy as last week but better than the past. then either 1 or 2 sets of 65lbs, 8 reps. i think 2 sets. i hope.
curls. 30lbs on each side, 4 sets of 8. didnt get a great pump today probably 2 reasons. one was decreased mind muscle connection so i didnt feel a great burn either. 2 was a low level of glycogen.
made it thru the workout though i was glad about that. man, now i realize how much Ogus' contest prep must have sucked in the final couple of weeks. jeez
