Felt very good on this tempo, went quick from the start. 9:39 for the first lap (1.87 miles) 9:40 for the second, and a good finish. The 1k before and 600 after were good too. Overall a great day of running. Cramped in my stomach for maybe the final 30 seconds. 5ish minutes of abs/hips afterwards.
