Comments:
My friend invited me to a fun meet thing for all ages so I ran 2 miles at a comfortable pace and I found out I was running a little under 7 pace, which I was suprised because I was not really pushing it that hard so that made me feel good and I felt no pain during it. I did a half mile warm up and half mile cool down.
