Weather: Good, mid 70's and little/no humidity

Comments:
Good run, but my Garmin froze up after 1.5 miles, so that was bad. Denari and Jake were with me, but I dropped them the last 1.5-2 miles. Felt ok, but I cramped up the first few miles, so I altered my breathing pattern for a bit, and had a bit of water and it went away. It was supposed to be a progression run, but it was more like this: 1st mile slow, like 6:30-35, next 4 miles at around 6:10-15, next 3 miles at 5:55-6:00, then hard the last 2, maybe sub 5:30.
