Weather: 1600: Cool, misty/sprinkling, humid

Comments:
Ran an easy 1.5 on the track, then walked a lap. Ran a hard mile (for now, this pace used to be easy), then walked a lap. Finished with 1.5 of barefoot running on the football field, which was very wet and felt great on my feet!
