crowded day

back to push day after a semi-deloaded week. carbed up over the weekend. had 2 worx energy shots before the workout.

i'm planning to rebuild my bench press, one step at a time. made progress and hit 5x8 with 145lbs on bench, pretty easy actually. triceps felt slight burn/sore towards the end of the 5th set but i was moving weight pretty fast.

OHP. 95lbs, still feeling easier, went 3x7 after preexhaustion. just missed the last rep of the last set thats all. but its def feeling eaisier. just rebuilding step by step.

lateral raises. 4x8 with 35lbs. tough but doable. starting to increase the volume with 35s now. i looked unbelievably shredded in the mirror while doing 35s. while that was good i didnt like how thin i looked though. i'd like to be at this bodyfat but with more lean mass.
then 2x12 with 30lbs and that was easy at the start but i felt the burn

dips. one heavy chain and got pretty much 4x10. felt pretty easy but triceps were pretty damn tired by then.

skullcrushers. i think i wanted 4x8 with 60lbs. but my tri's were once again so exhausted i hit 2x8 with 60 then maybe 1x6-7, and then a set of 8 with 50lbs. my back placement on the bench wasnt great i was back too much so the weight was dragging my whole body down. ill keep that in mind next time.

the weight room was so crowded i had to weight like almost 10min after bench press befoer i could find a place to do OHP. didnt like that but ill get used to it. w/e
