Comments:
I'm not exactly sure what happened today. Again, I meant for it to be quick and easy, but I felt good enough and kept a respectable pace for long enough that rather than 35 minutes, I crossed the large mental chasm over to 40. I plan to do some hill repeats tomorrow. Crunch progression for 4 minutes, making a point about form, 25 push-ups also with better form than usual.
