Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was really bad. I felt good and competitive the first five laps, but after that I fell off and let people pass me and didn't respond. I wasn't really racing. I'm very disappointed, and I'm doubting my summer training a little. I ran more this summer than last summer but I was almost a minute slower than last year. I need to learn from this though. I know I need to run with people in workouts, and I can't give up. I had way too much left for my kick, so I need to practice pushing past the pain and running faster. Easier said than done but def something to be aware of.
