Comments:
I went out in warmups for about 10 minutes, then, taking them off I did five repeats up a large hill in the center of the town. I gave myself generous recovery, and probably should have done six. I felt in control and calm the whole time. I cooled down some more, did eight striders and ran home. 120 backwards leg lifts, 20 "dive-bomb" push-ups, 4:00 supine plank, 5:00 plank STA style and a 1:00 plank attempting to improve holding one arm and one leg above the ground.
