Since I didn't get a full workout on elliptical, or any weight bearing stuff, and not many weights, I decided to increase the core stuff. I did 20 pull ups total (5 sets of 4) 20 push ups, 60 sit ups with hold and then 35 bobs. Plank for 2 minutes, side plank both sides for 45 seconds each, with 10 drops for each side plank. Did every set of core stabilization assigned from PT, like ones while lying on back and lifting legs up. (4 different exercises) Did 10 sit ups with legs up, to the right, and to the left, so 30 total for that. Did lumbar stabilization, all stretches, although made sure to not overstretch IT band. There was no pain on any of these exercises, obviously, because there was no stress on knees/legs. Back felt fine, too.
