Short Elliptical

Comments:
Since pain was clearly continuing, unfortunately decided I would have to drop down significantly. Did 20 minutes on elliptical, 5 minute warmup, 12 minutes moderate pace, 3 minute cool down. Warm up and cool down extra slow, middle stuff was still pretty slow. On low resistance setting, like usual. There was a little bit of irritation on right IT band, twinges, not significant pain during 20 minutes, but not completely comfortable.
