2 shots of cheap walmart Worx energy, which coach Barnes thought was growth hormone. lol.
145lbs on the incline bench, whihc i thought i do sets of 8 with, but i eneded up doing 5x5 which actually felt pretty solid.

OHP with 95. this is getting better and better each time, went for 3x8 got 2x8 easy and 1x6ish. last set is problematic probably because i and pre exhausted. but this was going up fluidly and easily today, no problems.

laterals, 3x12 with 30s. not bad. just a higher rep day.
3x12 with 1 chain dip. i think my left delt was feeling funny, just becareful there.
3x12 skullcrushers with 50lbs. .these 3 exercises were all done without much rest in between.
