Easy 4 miles on my lunch break. The past 3 days have been kind of hard. I should spend this upcoming week on distance and endurance. It is the final three weeks before race day; I would like to spend 2weeks on distance hitting about 40 miles per week then the 3rd week start to work on getting the mile time down
Last nights workout was a break through performance. It gives me the confidence going into the next 3 weeks of training knowing that I am prepared. Now I must maintain and tweak to have a banging performance.
