Comments:
Did a good warm up and all the drills then did a 45 minute tempo. The first out was 14:10, then coming back I was 13:49, and the next was 13:42 and then I just a couple more minutes to get to 45. Overall it actually went really well for me, I picked it up each time and got through the entire thing. It was about 8 miles of tempo, then I did 25:14 of cool down so it was a long mileage day. But encouraging.
