Comments:
Felt easy on the warm up, race and cool down. K splits were 2:53.69, 3:12.73, 3:10.39, 3:10.18, 3:00.81. Felt pretty easy, first 1200m were a tad rough, but got over it pretty easy and dropped Kraft at the 3.7-8K.
