Comments:
Easy run with a fast two miles at the end. It's the grind that makes me good. I need to have a good first 5k at this race, but then I need to come back and have an excellent second 5k!

Just 5 days left in the month I would like to go all 5 days with no days off! I just took the weekend off and this is the last full week of training for August.

Did this run at the beginning of the month and clocked it at an hour. Took off a full two minutes on the run and averaged 7:31 mile!!
