Comments:
Went to Green Lakes with the girls. Did a small warm-up and stretched, then we ran around the lakes twice. Each time it was 2.6 miles. Went a little too fast for the beginningish section so towards the end of the first loop I was in pain, gradually receded though. After we did sprints in the sand and then ran a short cooldown in it.
