Comments:
Today actually went so well. I started off being disappointed in myself because of my performance Saturday, but Ronnie and I killed the tempo. Our pace was supposed to be 7:30-7:40. We accidentally ran our first mile in 7:00, so then we slowed down a little to 7:20, then hit 7:16 and 7:12 to finish it off. We talked and helped each other and I was really positive the whole time. I was so tired but kept pushing, so I was happy with that. This was my first ever 4 mile tempo too. Then we did 3x300 on the track, which was exhausting, and then day one for the lift, eagle for abs, and stretched. Good first practice :)
