patient progression to 150lbs on the bench and hit 5x8 easy. easy.
OHP was tougher than expected though, 95 couldnt do sets of 8.
5x8 with 35lbs, ok.
4x10 dips w/ bigger chain.
3x8 w/ 60lbs skullcrushers
