Group 1: re-warmup as we have been doing (20s/40s). On the course, do 2x1200m (at 5K race pace), 2x1000m (at 5K race pace), and 2x800m (at fast-than 5K race pace) with 30-seconds less rest than the run. No set breaks this time. Finish with 1K cool-down.
