Comments:
went down slightly to 315lbs for deadlift. aimed for 5x5 but i think my lower back was so fatigued that i only got 4x5. idk how my form was. probably not that great. now my lower erectors def feelin it.
then a set of 8 with 225. so many bruises along my leg. battle scars.

this absolutely fried my CNS. did 4x7 with 195lbs bent over row. the muscles weren't fatigued but i felt less explosive cuz of the deadlifts. also my lower back was so fatigued i was straining to hold proper position. during my cut ive lost enough fat so that the belt i got is now too loose even on the inner most notch lol.

pullups. 2x8 with chain, neutral grip and then same grip for 2x10 without the chain. i think i got my back pretty good.

one armed rows. 3x8 with 70s. i like it a lot. feeling it now. and some dude was doing real high reps up against the db rack with like 120s. respect.
