Easy Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Hot, Humid, but a little breezy and cloudy

Comments:
Run 35-60 minutes easy with 5 x 1-min on (faster than race), 40 sec off in the middle. POST-RUN: 4 x 100m strides on main straightaway or baseball diamond (preferably barefoot). Complete 20-minute lower body lifting routine.

Good run. Coach and I opted out of the 5 minute tempo because we both are pretty tired, so we just ran easy. I did the 5x1on40off when I got back.
