2x200 @Rpace (34.3,35) w/ 200m jog(1:20) + 3x1600 @Tpace (5:30.6,5:30.7,5:32.1) w/ 2min rest + 2x200m @Rpace (34,33.9) w/ 200m jog(1:20)

Felt pretty good. The last 1600m rep was really rough and I wanted to cut it short after 100m... Better than Tuesday's workout, I was in the mid to low 3:20's at 1000m for each rep.
