We ran the first two miles of the course, then continued to the corner and ran down to Stone and back and then continued down the black path and back. Afterwards, we ran one dumpster hill to the yard and then I ran 5 normal hills to the yard. My last one took 42.59 seconds. Then I did a mile cooldown.
