Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
from school: down linder past franklin, in front of pregrine, down dirt path to 10 mile, pine, then back at school. this run was longer than i expected it would be, but i surprizingly wasnt all that tired. kirsten was getting lightheaded about halfway down 10 mile so we walked for a bit. but the run felt good. the only thing that hurt at the end was my calfs towards the bottom by my ankles.
