Speed Workout in Veale

I ran this whole thing on the indoor track in Veale, which is the athletic facility at CWRU. I started off with an easy 2 mile warm up with Gerome. Then I ran 6 200s starting at 35-36 and working my way down a second each time to a final goal pace of 30-31. I ended up running pretty well. 31 felt harder than in the spring but that's to be expected, point is I'm on track to start building my speed and capitalizing on my improved volume tolerance due to my easy running over the summer. I have until October before practice starts, I'm gonna make these months count while hopefully staying healthy and strong.
