145 on the incline was tougher than i thought. i did 5x6 and ended up missing the last rep. i would ahve went for it though if i had a spotter.  
95lbs ohp, missed a rep for 3x8 but it def felt easier. getting easier each time. 4 reps 4th set. gonna keep pushing w/ 95
laterals for 4x9 with 35lbs. not too bad. 
got a good pump in the delts
4x12 dips with a chain. EASY
60lbs for skullcrushers. first set was ambitious, got 10. next set 7 then like 6 i thkn maybe.
