Comments:
Finally a RACE! I was stoked to run, but hit the wall at the the 800m mark (2:11) then the last lap my biceps tightened up, which has never happened before. Overall, I felt terrible until the fartlek and i was good. It got me excited to race in spring. Just disappointed in my time (4:26)
