First day of summer training

Today was nice, it was cloudy out with t-storms in the morning but everything settled down. I went on my run around 5ish and it felt good, I really don't know why I pushed the pace but I felt like I was going 7:10ish if not faster. It was not necessary at all but I wanted to see myself a bit faster and see how I feel. Its kinda over doing after a 10 day break from running but I wanted to see how I felt. I wont be pushing the pace any time soon at all. This week is going to be normal and relaxed all 30-35-40 minute runs, going to hit 30-35 miles this week starting it off.
