Comments:
Ran at 7 20 today with mike. Did Louser and Quittie for 50 min then 6 x 8 sec hill sprints up the cemetery. Then a nice 10 min CD to breakfast. HAD THE SHORTEST SHORTS IN THERE!!!! Felt awful today with the run, just extremely sore.
