Woke up a bit later than i wanted to so i just squated. just a scoop of Unleashed today cuz I didn't wanna stim up for the lower volume leg day.

Wore a hoodie today to squat to have a better grip on the bar on my rear delts.
210lbs for 4x8. Easy. the belt probably also helped. but damn it felt good. prob even easier than 205lbs. def went deep on those reps. low bar
good shit.

since it was lower volume i didnt wanna kill it with higher volume sets at intermediate weight. so i dropped to easy weight 135lbs and did 2x20. ok that really killed. it. 135 felt so goddamn light i just kept going. went ATG all the way and got a good quad burn.

my lower back was actually hurting so badly i had to lay on my side for a few mins to relieve the pain. casualty of hammering the posterior chain.
