Weather: very windy

Comments:
Felt better than expected the first 1.5-2 miles and I was consistently passing people. The last mile was rough and I gave up a lot of time and places as I'm sure my splits got terrible very quickly. Really showed my fitness level. overall, I'm happy that I was still able to help us get 2nd place. but again for the second straight year we lost because of my inability to run as fast as I should be. very frustrating. need to figure out my training and get my act together.
